The Silicon Vikings Gothenburg Node invites you to join us for an evening dedicated to establishing your business in the US from a legal perspective. Two experienced Silicon Valley attorneys, Spencer Raff and Greg Wrenn from Pragmatica Law, a modern tech-law firm specializing in IP licensing and commercial transactions, employment law, and trademarks are visiting Gothenburg and are, together with Silicon Vikings, giving Gothenburg companies and Startups the opportunity to enjoy networking and interesting Q&A. Greg and Spencer will share their experiences of working for plus 20 years each in Silicon Valley and will together discuss with you the benefits and how to minimize the risks of entering the US market.

This will be an excellent opportunity to network, enjoy some appetizers and drinks, and learn about how to be prepared before you enter the US market.
