How can we transform our hectic and distracted lives to experience more contentment and happiness? Simplicity can improve our lives in many different facets: reducing stuff clutter, reducing mind clutter, minimizing impact on our planet, being more intentional financially, etc. Each week, slow down and enjoy life with like minded individuals. Taking time for conversation and connection is fulfilling and necessary to our long-term happiness.
