Organisations today are seeing a continuous stream of change, with new technology, ways of working, customers and markets.
There’s a huge opportunity for the individuals and organisations that can harness it, but we also hear so often about transformation failures and a struggle to make meaningful change.
How do we effectively approach this world?
In this interactive session we’ll use the Cynefin framework to explore the critical concept of complexity at the heart of this question. The framework gives us the chance to step beyond the common assumptions that hold us back and act more intentionally regardless of environment.

For over a decade, Stephen Morris has held senior leadership and consulting positions for cloud-computing providers and other companies with very high scale and complex IT. He was named “Most Influential Business Leader” in the 2016 UK Agile Awards, with one of his teams receiving “Most Improved Agile Team” the same year.
Stephen now consults, trains and mentors IT leaders that want to grow, build amazing teams and deliver better, more consistent results.
