This is a group for anyone who wants to know how to prevent illnesses associated with ageing and how one can live a healthier and more fulfilling life. Without health, everything is zero even if you have all the riches in the world. Our goal is to share health knowledge and this includes nutrients, fitness, weight management and anti-ageing. Activities such as health workshop, fitness workout, exercise program or any other form activities that will promote health and wellness will be organised.
