Cooking Classes Learn to re-create some of your favourite comfort foods with a healthy twist! Health Coach Mathilde will teach you how to make quick and easy meals (with enough for leftovers) in 60 minutes. After the cooking is done, enjoy a tasting of the food.
In this first round of classes (held either on a Monday or a Saturday), you will learn how to make Nachos (dairy free, corn free, gluten free, vegetarian) and how to efficiently also make lunch for the next day in under 60 minutes.
For those with a sweet tooth, we will also whip up Mathilde's favourite Choc Chia Pudding, perfect for breakfast the next day, or as a indulgent (but healthy) snack or dessert.
Classes will be held in my home in Robertson Quay. I am only able to take 5 people at a time. Keep an eye out on Facebook for future event dates! Come along for a fun and relaxed cooking lesson, while learning why certain ingredients are being used or swapped out to benefit your health, energy and weight.
Price include a family-style tasting of everything, as well as tea/coffee/water and take-home recipes.
