Fitness Activities to become a Fit Coach!

Looking to exercise and feel good being a wellness coach?

We have 3 community fitness activities that you can join in!
1. RECHARGE24 (Lunchtime Strength Workout)
2. FUNFIT24 (High Intensity Interval Training Workout)
3. RUNFIT24 (Running Workout)

Details:

RECHARGE24
- Tuesdays and Thursdays 12.15PM - 1PM.

- A 24-minutes lunchtime workout which fulfill your need for an efficient and effective mid-day exercise before the lunch hour is over.

- Recharge 24 Participants will gather at our Workout Point (@LIVE24 STUDIO) at 12PM for registration. Actual Workout will start at 12.15PM.

- Strength Exercises will be conducted.
Kettle bells, Dumb bells, Yoga mat etc will be provided. (Actual No. of sets and workout exercises will be made known to you on that actual day itself).

- A Coach will be present to lead the workout and correct your form
(if necessary) to prevent any injuries.

- Post Workout drinks and fruits will be served after your workout.

Facilities Available:
- Toilets, no shower available.
- Free Bag Storage area

Things to Bring:
- $9 per session (Cash)
- Water Bottle
- A towel
- Extra set of clothes

Wet Weather Plan:
- In the event of wet weather, RECHARGE24 will still continue as the activity is held in an air conditioned environment.

FUNFIT24
- Thursdays 7PM - 7.45PM & 8PM - 8.45PM

- Fun-fitters will gather at our Meeting Point (@LIVE24STUDIO) at 6,45PM/7.45PM for registration. Actual activity will start at 7.00PM & 8.00PM.

- A wide range of static exercises will be conducted. (Actual No. of sets and type of exercise will be made known to you on the actual day).

- A fun game or two will be conducted after the workouts to foster bonding and happiness within the community.

- Post Workout Drinks will be served.

Things to Bring:
- $9 per session (Cash)
- Water Bottle
- A towel
- Extra set of clothes

Wet Weather Plan:
- In the event of wet weather, FUNFIT24 will still continue as the activity is held in an air conditioned environment.

RUNFIT24

Mission:
- Help our runners to achieve their desired health goals through nutrition planning and running.

Objectives:
- Have fun
- Motivate one another to complete the workout
- Make new friends and accomplish something out from each session.

Details:
- Tuesdays 7.30PM - 9PM.

- Runners will gather at our Meeting Point (@LIVE24 STUDIO) at 7PM for registration. Actual Run will start at 7.30PM.

- 6 km Running Route (Actual Route will be announced on the actual day)

- Non Competitive Run ( Run at your own comfortable pace, pacers will run alongside with you to keep you motivated and accountable to your running goals).

- Mid point workouts will be conducted midway through the run.

- Hydration and Post workout drinks will be served.

Facilities Available:
- Toilets, no shower available.
- Free Bag Storage area

Things to Bring:
- $9 per session (Cash/Paynow)
- Water Bottle
- Stopwatch
- Extra set of clothes

Wet Weather Plan:
- In the event of wet weather, We will proceed to OCBC ARENA (@stadium MRT) 100 Plus Track for a run.
- Meeting point will be outside Stadium MRT Exit A at 7PM.
- Please PM our Organizers for confirmation of the running location.

Monthly Wellness Coach Seminar

Marine Parade

Our Special Guest Speaker for October is Senior Coach MARIA ANTHEA SY-DE LA CRUZ from the United States.

She is a registered nurse and is given an opportunity to work in the USA.
However, she turned down the offer and became a wellness coach instead.
Since then, she has helped changed many lives and earns a decent income as a coach.
In total, she has 18 years of experience as a coach.

Come and learn from her experience, get inspired and fired up to change and impact more lives in Singapore and beyond!

Overview:
- Seminar will be from 2-6PM
- 8 Course Dinner will be Served from 7-9PM
- $55 Per Pax (Non Halal), $60 per Pax (Halal/Vegetarian)

- Formal/Smart Casual Attire (No Slippers or Shorts Allowed)
- Notebook and Pen
- Power bank

- Some light Snacks
