What we're about

Calling all (non-sprint) women runners!

This group is for those who are interested to train with other women runners. Ideally, your 5k race time is 25 min and under. If you are a bit slower please still reach out, depending on the level of interest it would be great to have different ability groups.

Expect a positive, empowering atmosphere and a group of awesome women to put in some miles with. Expats, locals, travelers...everyone welcome. For now, runs are planned to be outdoors in the CBD to West Coast areas for the most part. We can also plan to add in cross and strength training on occasion.
