I'm organizing a French Cooking Class on another meetup group and since we possibly have 4 spots left, I thought I'll post this up and see if anyone else is interested. As usual, we'll prepare a 3-course meal from the following recipes subject to the availability of ingredients.

STARTER (either one)
Chicken Liver Pate
French Onion Soup

MAIN COURSE (either one)
Canard à l'orange
Coq Au Vin

DESSERT (either one)
Strawberry Mille feuille
Creme Brulee

COST: $65 per pax

DURATION: 4 hours

This is not a demo but an actual cooking class, everyone will prepare this menu in groups of at least 4. The cost includes ingredients, use of kitchen studio/equipment, etc.

RSVP will a week before the class commences and payment will be collected ASAP as I will need to purchase the ingredients and put down a deposit for the rental of the cooking studio.
