Having fitness doesn't mean you are healthy. However, developing fitness is one way to stay healthy. We welcome all, young or old, any gender, as long you are interested in getting fit through martial arts, join us and meet up for training. We share practical self-defence applications, effective fighting applications and martial aerobics workouts derived from traditional chinese martial arts (not performance wushu). We organise self-protection workshops occasionally and have regular training at few designated areas. All is not about physical training though, occasionally we will organise gatherings like movie outing (action/fight movies), bonding and sharing session too for all like-minded martial arts enthusiast.
