New York Music Co-op presents: Singing technique for all A practical vocal workshop with certified teacher Stav German.
Widen your range, strengthen your voice, stabilize your pitch, and sing in tune!
Learn fundamental techniques for better vocal health and improve control over your voice. These indispensable tools are essential to all who use their voices, including singers of all skill-levels, actors, teachers, or public speakers.
During this workshop, participants will learn various techniques for efficient breath management and effectively controlling volume, projection, as well as shaping the mouth. These practical tools will enhance your ability to use your voice in any song, monologue, or speech.
The workshop will conclude with a guided circle song with simple singing patterns for everyone to join in, use the vocal technique, and create a mixture of sound as a group.
Stav German is a NY based voice teacher, certified as the first CVT teacher in New York. She holds a diploma from Complete Vocal Institute (Denmark) and Rimon School for Contemporary Music.
In the past 10 years, Stav has taught singing and music to children and adults ages 6-90-year-old privately and through workshops in Tel-Aviv, New-York, and Los-Angeles for singers, actors, and voice teachers of different musical styles and levels of experience.
She believes that everyone can learn how to sing healthily when applying the correct vocal technique for all purposes and musical genres.
Who is this workshop for?
Beginning, intermediate, and advanced singers of all styles, speakers, actors, vocal instructors, choir directors, producers, vocal healthcare specialists.
All ages, backgrounds and genres are welcome.
