From Ed.....I will be filling in for Bev P. this Sunday. Interesting and scenic hike she has planned with 2 lakes, native american grinding stones and a very historical area. Water and rest rooms available at trailhead . Lunch at Alpine Pond by the Daniels Nature Center. We hike at 10:00AM.

Our fearless leader Bev P. bruised her ankle on a previous hike and is not able to lead this hike. Ed Lange has graciously accepted taking over this hike. Ed is very experienced in hiking this area so everything will go as originally planned.

Doesn't get any prettier nor the views any better nor a more colorful and fun hike leader. This is a "Singleaires" hike so you can expect ten to fifteen of us plus whom ever signs up from Meetup. Linda L. from Meetup always brings a friend so why don't you join us for a fun group hike? Last Sunday at Windy Hill, we had 27 people show up including four Meetup people. I'll be at the Los Gatos car pool so if you come to Los Gatos, keep an eye out for me.
