We'll have the opportunity to: ✸ Enhance your capacity to love and be loved ✹ Speak your truth and be fully supported ✸ Broaden your listening skills ✦ Create a space where your vulnerability will be honoured ✸ Take risks & push your edges a bit ✹ Deepen your empathy and compassion ✦ Question societal beliefs and conditioning ✸ Expand, grow and connect Join us for a beautiful 2 hour experiential workshop (exercises & group sharing) to explore ways of increasing intimacy and connection in our lives; communication tools to share with our partners, dating, children, workplace, family lives and communities.
