The Singularity University (SU) Washington D.C. is a local chapter and community organization of Singularity University.

Singularity University, at the forefront of understanding and educating leaders how exponential technologies can be used to solve humanity’s biggest grand challenges in their cities and regions around the world.

Examples of impact are in the areas of: Cyber Security, Finance, Medicine, Manufacturing, Government, Ethics, Governance, Space, Agriculture, etc

Examples of Exponential Technologies are: Robotics, Artificial Intelligence, Virtual Reality, Deep Learning, Machine Learning, Neuroscience, Biomedicine, Energy and Environmental Systems, Block Chain, 3D Printing, IT Security and Networks, Nanotechnology, IoT etc.

Exponential Technologies are disruptive to business, governments, people and systems. We explore how to lead and think, create, and innovate during exponential times.

Community Chapter is a group for industry, academic, and private sector leaders to come together and explore the professional challenges we face daily and to create a support network for working through them. MeetUps will include in person networking sessions and seminars, as well as chapter meetings for discussing logistics and planning events.
