This group is for ALL women interested in learning how to slim down and knock off pounds in your 20s, 30s, 40s, 50s and 60s.
We will meet for fun, fitness, socializing and more importantly, learn how to break unhealthy eating habits. Some of our meetups will include: dinner and dancing, book club, fitness events, running events, health fairs, weigh-ins and weekend getaways. Please be prepared to have some fun, laugh, network, and lose some weight!
