The aim of this meet up is to create a friendly group enviroment to explore what stress actually is, how the body and mind reacts to stressful situations, and how mindfulness can allow us to be more skillful when dealing with life’s ups and downs. From pre-presentation nerves at work, to difficult conversations with someone who pushes all your emotional buttons, mindful awareness can really help.
