Sivananda Yoga @ the Library – Free 90 minute class While this style of yoga is very relaxing and meditative, and you won’t need to worry about being bathed in sweat or be influenced by “no pain, no gain”, it will still shape and tone your body. You will feel energized and invigorated. You won’t need any blocks or straps, just bring your yoga mat, and a cushion or pillow (you don’t need to buy an expensive cushion – just one from your home).
