Denise MacPherson is a lifelong teacher, dynamic entrepreneur, retired civil servant, intuitive real estate investor, and accomplished marketer, who has garnered national recognition and international exposure.

Immediately following her retirement from the Government of Canada, Denise began investing in real estate along with her husband, Stuart. Within a year, the couple quickly amassed a large and increasing portfolio of income properties. The couple co-founded and are the managing principals of SDMAC Properties Inc. where they pursue strategies including Buy-Rent-and-Hold and Rent-to-Own. Denise’s greatest passions are to help families to become homeowners by overcoming challenges, and helping other investors achieve success through real estate. Denise is a long-time member and strong supporter of the Real Estate Investment Network (REIN), and has served a number of years on the Board of Directors of the Ottawa Real Estate Investors Organization (OREIO), where she currently serves as Vice President.

Denise is fluently bilingual and an active community and church volunteer. Denise resides in Ottawa, Ontario with her husband Stuart and they have a blended family of four (4) grown children and four (4) grandchildren.
