I would just like to challenge myself to build core strength, firm up and stay healthy. I'm a novice runner so hopefully I'm not the only one that will be bringing up the rear! Any fast-paced walkers in the group?
I'm a true Bendite, a single mom, grandma, I run a small business, have tons of interests, keep quite busy, however, I'm guilty of that "I'm too busy to exercise" excuse. I love hanging out with friends and love to try new things...so here goes...
Absolutely fabulous. I'm a beginner so it's nice that the group has varied levels of running ability. Nice socializing afterward. Anyone thinking about trying this group out definitely should!
