Sliced Fitness is a community of healthy living. We strive for attaining long term health and use exercise as our medication. Our goal is to give back to the community through exercise, education, motivation, fundraising and support!

On Saturday mornings 9am, we get together to do an extreme boot camp for free in Redmond's American Legion Park! Every other Wednesday. We have free Zumba at 5pm in Redmond's Sam Johnson Park!

We will have Walking meetups, Jogging meetups, Hiking meetups, cycle rides, and anything to do with getting fit!
