Scramble Description: Yamnuska Classic for hikers, scramblers and climbers. Its sheer 500' face can be seen from the TransCanada and the peak is often in the clouds. It gets an “A” for accessibility. This one has it all scrambling, hiking, ledges and the best scree run in the Rockies. Note: I don’t believe I have actually followed the trail yet so be in for more scrambling than what is normally done in most route descriptions.
We will be moving at a Slow & Steady pace with plenty of time for breathers and pictures. If you can’t stay with the group please refrain from signing up.
