Author Sharon Rowe, founder of Eco-Bags Products, will be joining us for a special author talk on Tuesday, December 11th. The event will start at 6:30 pm and will include networking and mingling, light refreshments, and a book signing. Please purchase your copy of THE MAGIC OF TINY BUSINESS on Amazon prior to the event (, although a limited number of copies will be available in person for purchase.

Sharon will start the evening off with a talk about her experience starting and running ECOBAGS (, as well as the inspiration for her new book. Her talk will be followed by a Q&A, with time to chat with her in person, get your copy signed, and meet fellow entrepreneurs. In her book, Sharon shows entrepreneurs and business owners how to build a profitable, focused, purposeful, and sustainable business that doesn't compromise their personal values.

Although not mandatory for this session, you'll get a lot more out of the talk if you have a chance to read the book before attending.

Event space sponsored by the wonderful Industrious Manhattan!

• What we'll do

December's book is The Magic of Tiny Business by Sharon Rowe

We will get together with fellow entrepreneurs, solo-preneurs, small business owners, freelancers, or individuals looking to start something new. The primary aim of our meeting is to meet one another, discuss ideas and lessons learned from the books, and to expand the conversation to hear about what's working or not working with your business practices.

• What to bring
The book if you have a copy, an open mind, lively conversation, business cards, and any other business materials you'd like to share. COPIES WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR SALE IN PERSON, AS WELL AS SIGNINGS BY AUTHOR

• Important to know
This discussion will have a slightly different format, but normally we start by discussing the book and usually stay on topic. We also discuss business practices and other questions entrepreneurs may have for each other, so expect a free-flowing conversation with the underlying theme of that presented by the book of the month.

We hope you can make it, and look forward to welcoming new attendees!

Space is limited and on a first-come first-served basis, so please be considerate when submitting your RSVP. If you can no longer attend, please make room for someone else.
