We are a group of new or soon to be Moms getting in a weekly workout, led by a pre/post natal trainer. Sundays at 10 am. We will do a 45 minute 'pre/post-natal friendly' exercise class. It will include a full body workout with gentle stretches at the end. All levels welcome. Class is donation based. Please RSVP so I have a proper head count. Meetup limited to 6 people. Babies 6 weeks to pre-crawlers welcome!
