All of our classes take place at Agatsu Montreal. We are more than just a gym, we are a community dedicated to helping you move better for life. It is not just about exercising your body and getting in a workout, but challenging yourself to learn new skills, focus your energy to develop strength and stability while being able to demonstrate fluid movement and body control.

We are equally focused on delivering quality workouts as we are on building a fun and safe community for our members. Our small class sizes are a great way for members to get to know each other and our monthly community events which range from bowling nights, to hikes and potlucks are always so much fun!

The gym is located in the heart of Montreal West with plenty of free street parking available.

We have an unlimited class promotion on now for $30 for 30 days! *Promo is for new members only. All levels are welcome. We offer a variety of classes such a 30 min HIT classes, Kickboxing, Strength & Conditioning, Yoga and Powerwalking, there is really something for everyone!
