We are an educational and support group exploring all aspects of lifestyle, including mental, emotional, spiritual and physical well being. This includes our environment, our relationships, food supply, medical options and much more. This is a holistic approach that excludes nothing. We talk about how to use all tools and resources appropriately in our lives to develop healthy habits.

If you are open minded and looking for ways to personally take control of your health and wellness, this is a group for you.
