Acknowledging that most of the eyeballs on our social media content will be those in the heads of customers we have already acquired, this conversation will focus on using social media to communicate with them to provide additional mutual value to the relationship.
We will focus specifically on ROI (it's what we do). How can we drive additional revenue and increase satisfaction among customers with what they already pay for? How can social media be used to help the people who already know us, like us--in the actual, traditional sense of the word--more?
