This friendly group will help build up your strength, free up your flexibility, boost your balance, and enhance your endurance.
Smooth Movers Exercise classes will help you move better, stay healthy, increase your flexibility, re-gain stamina and have some fun at the same time. You will be looked after by a well-qualified health professional.
Your instructor will be Julia McHale, a qualified Exercise as Medicine Personal Trainer with many years working in the health industry. Julia has many clients with long term health conditions and will look after your individual needs while you have fun meeting other like minded people.

The cost is just $6 a class or $60 for a ten trip. We meet Tuesday 11.00 and Thursday at 2.00pm both at Tawa Community Centre.
