WHAT TO WEAR:
Dress in clothes that are comfortable for snuggling: pajamas, t-shirts, sweatpants, leggings; tank tops and shorts. You can also change clothes when you arrive.
HYGIENE: It’s easier to get close when you are squeaky clean and have minty fresh breath. Please also be free of perfumes, colognes and cigarette smoke. Thanks!
WHAT TO BRING:
Bring pillows, blankets, comforters, sleeping bags, yoga mats, anything that makes it easier to get comfortable.
Optional: You may also bring a healthy snack or drink to share. (No alcohol please.)
This is a sober event. Please arrive and remain sober throughout the event. You might find that the “happy” hormones and neurochemicals released from snuggling are a great natural high!
