This group is for anyone interested in incorporating yoga as a therapeutic tool into their lifestyle. I focus exclusively on small groups and individuals to address their individual needs and to ensure that they receive my full attention to practice safely. If you have been given a medical diagnosis, I am certified as a Yoga Therapist to work with you at the 1:1 level on the full breadth of evidence based yoga practices (poses, breathing and meditation) to get relief from the pain and symptoms that have been holding you back.
I will teach you how to get into the poses safely and help you understand the experiences in your body and mind. This will enable you to develop a personal practice that you find deeply empowering at all levels - physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. From there, you'll feel confident to navigate life's ups and downs with ease and grace knowing that your yoga practice is with you at all times.
