Theme for January: Social Media for Business At our Roundtable discussions you will be able to connect with other business owners, share your experience, and mastermind business challenges. Each month we feature a different theme related to small business ownership. This month our discussion will be focused on using Social Media to find customers/prospects! Please bring your successes and questions as we share information about various social media sites. (Please make a food and/or drink purchase to support our venue. Members are responsible for their own food and drink purchase.)
Tired from a long work week? Looking for good conversation with like-minded business owners? This meeting will provide an opportunity for you to do both and to be an active part of a rapidly growing networking community. We're a diverse group of entrepreneurs dedicated to serving our clients with authenticity and helping each other grow our businesses. Whether you've been in business for years or are just starting out, drop in to So Fla Business Networkers Connect and Grow from 6:30 to 9:00 p.m. and join us for casual networking themed around authenticity in business. Come prepared to share your story - not just to hear people pitch at you! We'd love to hear about your business values and your ideal clients; and invite you to find out how other businesses build relationships with their clients. At each meeting, you can expect to pick up new ideas to boost long-term client retention, share referrals, and exchange business cards. Be sure to bring at least one friend who would be interested in our group. This event is free, but we do ask that you purchase a beverage or appetizers to support the establishment hosting our group. Please be respectful of others - if your RSVP changes, change it on the Meetup group to allow space for another person to take your place. We look forward to connecting with you!
Confession time. How often do you eat lunch at your desk? Or staring into your phone? Since you’re eating anyway- let’s get together and make it productive and fun. Learn something new, and network to grow your business! Our first feature is called Members Present - 2 of our very own members will have 10-15 minutes each to share information on their business, what they do, their target market, and their best practices for success. (Members presenting to be announced soon.) Our second feature is a learning topic, either a business/professional skill or personal development. This month the topic is "Attraction Marketing: the 'Gap' Method." (Approximately 45-60 minutes) Learn a technique for finding potential customers and how to attract them through effective listening and communication skills." After our speakers, there is open networking time for you to share and grow your business. Bring your business cards! And invite a guest to join us! The fee for this workshop is $15.00 (includes workbook.) Please pay at time of reservation. This is important in order for printing and making the reservation. Lunch is not included in the event fee.
