SpaceUp is a space unconference for people who care deeply about humanity’s future in space and want to play a part in it.

SpaceUp features an experimental barcamp style of discussion -- an event in which the participants discuss or present space topics important to them.

This event is valuable to industry professionals, students, and community space enthusiasts interested in learning about emerging space technology, presenting engineering projects and papers to the professional community, and encouraging networking and dialogue between aerospace industry professionals, community leaders, and students. Unlike a standard conference, this project encourages students, artists, and young engineers to run their own sessions and get constructive feedback on their ideas.
