Network of Indian Professionals (Net IP) presents the Kites Festival 2014!
Inspired by the South Asian Festival traditionally called Makar Sankranti/Uttarayan NetIP LA-OC attempts to bring a taste of Indian festival which thousands of people come out to fly kites in celebration of the harvest season to Los Angeles.
The Kites Festival will be held in Long Beach, CA in the Claremont Sand Beach at the corner of Ocean Blvd and 54th Place. During the event kites will be available for purchase. NetIP LA-OC has partnered with an Indian Food Truck so that attendees will be able to have to complete South Asian experience.

When: Saturday, January 11th, 2013 - 11:00am to 3:00pm
Kites will also be available on site. Ticket prices will increase at the door.
