For anyone looking to try out some mindfulness...
Practice mindfulness exercises guided by Abdullah Ahmad while listening to relaxing music and drinking tea/coffee. ‘Dublin’s Mindfulness Get Together’ is an uplifting event where you come to practice yoga, meditation, gratitude, chat and chill out with a group of like-minded people!
No experience is required and our instructor will guide you through everything.
This is a no pressure mindfulness meetup and chillout zone to connect, reflect and relax. This is not a class, it is more of a get together although it will be guided.
FREE TEA & COFFEE AND SNACKS for everyone who attends.☕️
HOW IT WORKS:
1: You turn up and meet like minded people.👯♀️
2: We provide all the materials needed. (including mats, music, a guide and unlimited free tea, coffee and biscuits!)🍪
3: We introduce ourselves, meditate, practice gratitude, stretch, drink tea/coffee, practice yoga and chat together while listening to specially selected music and sounds.💆🏻♀️
4: We have a set tea break halfway through and a set time for a group discussion.🗣️
5: You go home with some new friends and feeling fantastic 😇👋🏼
It's basically just 90 minutes of feeling great!
WHAT TO BRING:
1: An open mind.
2: Comfy clothes, that you can stretch in.
3: A big smile! 😀
4: Your own yoga mat (optional).
