Creating community in the outdoors, celebrating the choice to live a healthier more connected life without drugs and alcohol. This community is not affilited with any specific recovery program and we welcome anyone who is sober or desires to live life sober. About the organizer: I’m Jennie! Sober since September of 2010 I’ve been successful at maintaining my sobriety by engaging in activities that fill me up with joy! Being outside doing things like hiking, backpacking, camping and cycling make me feel truly connected and I’d love to bring that experience to as many others as I can! One thing I’ve lacked in my sobriety is a true sense of sober community so I decided to create one! I’m excited to meet you all and hope engaging with Sober Outdoors will serve you in a positive way! If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
