Andrew Lo (Moderator) - As Chief Marketing Officer / Chief Strategy Officer, Andrew Lo leads all marketing and corporate development for Kanetix Ltd. Kanetix has multiple brands and websites offering consumers the ability to compare insurance quotes, mortgage rates and credit cards.
Javier Espinoza (Panelist) - Javier Espinoza is a Social Media Strategist & Community Manager at MPP Marketing Group. As the SM Strategist, he specializes in developing and implementing campaigns for MPP's clients. His day-to-day duties as a Community Manager consist of monitoring benchmarks to measure the impact of social media programs. This includes analyzing, reviewing, and reporting the effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results.
Justin Kozuch (Panelist) - During the day, Justin works as a Digital Communications Strategist at Kanetix. Outside of work, he can be found on his blog at http://justinkozuch.com/, which he writes about the digital fabric of his world, consulting and educating brands on the role of social media in business, and picking fights on the Twitter. Justin is a member of the Toronto Transit Commission Customer Liaison Panel and volunteers his time advising their organization on strategies to improve customer service and communications from a technological and social media lens.
Tyler Handley (Panelist) - Tyler is a social media marketing expert and a published academic. He is the CEO and Co-Founder of Blurbi - a social media content marketplace.
Caiti McLelland (Panelist) – As an experienced Project and Production Manager, Caiti understands providing her customers and clients with great customer service both on and offline. During the day as Project Manager for Varsity Event Management she produces large and small scale festivals. For the Varsity Tent & Event Rentals division, she assists other production managers with their rental needs. She creates an in-person and online presence with the who’s who of the industry. In her spare time, she takes social media seriously. She provides her followers with updates about music, events and tattoos whilst fulfilling social brand influencer opportunities. Her life is a whirlwind - she dares you to keep up!
