Social Young Professionals is a community of career-oriented young professionals interested in socializing, networking, and the cultivation of personal and professional growth through social activities, networking events, professional development opportunities and access to professional resources.

As our name suggest, our community is mostly comprised of young professionals in their 20s, 30s, and early 40s and come from all professionals, backgrounds and all walks of life. You will meet life-long Houstonians to newly arrived transplants from all over the world!

Our community promotes living an active lifestyle and provides an healthy roster of live, fun and engaging events and activities at amazing venues across this amazing city. Events vary from month to month and can include such activities as: Happy Hours, Meet & Greets, Volunteering for Non-profits, Museums Trips, Running, Bowling, BBQ's, Pool Parties, Paint Ball, Trivia Nights, Dining, Sport Leagues, Upscale Happenings, Wine Tasting, and more...

Social Young Professionals is a community built on Meetup.com, we currently consist of three groups with a combined membership of nearly 6700 and we are growing quickly. In effort to better serve our growing community we are currently in develop of our website SocialYoungProfessionals.com which is currently scheduled to launch sometime in late May 2018.
