For anyone who lives with social anxiety/shyness or has overcome it. This is the group for you. Here we will discuss our experiences with dealing with social anxiety in everyday life. If anything is on your mind, you can discuss it in this group. If you are hurting and need to vent, this is the group for you. Need to feel accepted, this is also the group for you. Feeling excluded and misunderstood, definitely the group to come to.
However, we do want to try to go in a positive direction, so we will also discuss methods to overcome social anxiety. It doesn't matter if you live with it or if you are slowly beating it. All are welcome because all can provide an helpful idea or experience. I am still working to overcome it, but I decided to try to start a group anyway. This is new and I do not know what to expect but I am giving it a shot.
