Capital One’s Digital team is selectively recruiting a high-performing individual for a manager role supporting the implementation and management of our enterprise digital analytics and tag management tools. You will have the opportunity to work at the leading edge of digital measurement capabilities, including mobile and social media measurement, marketing attribution modeling, campaign measurement, search and display.

Candidates will:
- Exhibit a proven track record of implementing and managing enterprise level analytics implementations
- Demonstrate outstanding communication and partnership skills which are essential for interacting and communicating
with key stakeholders across all levels to manage, inform, and influence outcomes
- Demonstrate organizational agility to adapt to changing demands
- Display strong consulting and collaboration skills

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or military experience
- At least 2 years experience with standard clickstream analysis tools
- At least 3 years of web analytics experience

Preferred Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of web analytics experience in large size companies with multiple functions / business units
- MBA or advanced degree
- Strong expertise in the SEM (Search Engine Marketing) / PPC (Pay Per Click) and SEO (Search Engine
Optimization) strategies and a minimum of one year experience measuring success of SEM/PPC and SEO campaigns / efforts.
- Experience with implementing enterprise-wide web analytics solutions such as Adobe SiteCatalyst, WebTrends,
Adobe Target or Maxymiser
- Experience with managing and mentoring analyst level team members
- Experience implementing and managing tag management solutions such as Ensighten, TagMan or Tealium
- Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively
