What would you like to see happen in this group?

Meet like minded people to hang with on Friday and Saturday nights. Share what I know and learn from others. Find people to go running and mountain biking with, and improve my cardio abilities. Try new activities that I wouldn't get to do alone...ie., Indoor rock climbing, paint balling/laser tag (some good spots in this area I hear), get some pickup softball and kickball games going, batting cages, tennis anyone?, indoor roller/ice hockey, indoor shooting range, Informative health workshops, raw whole food nutrition, etc...

What are some of your interests & favorite activities?

Mountain biking, Playing baseball, hiking, running, hockey, gym, weights, yoga, boxing training, snowboarding, skeet shooting, cooking and eating, reading.

What do you like to do for exercise?

In a perfect world, I try to work out 3-4 days a week. Mix of weights, yoga, and cardio (preferably outdoor). I like to change up my training about every 10 weeks to try new things and experiment.

What has been some of your biggest influences for improving health?
