2/ KU Leuven
ICTS, the central IT department of the KU Leuven, introduced S3 in its organisation of 250 IT professionals as a common collaboration filosophy supporting the lean and agile working principles.
In this session we will give an insight in how the circles are positioned compared to the more permanent scrum- and kanban production teams and which challenges we encountered to start up the circles and even more important to keep them alive.
We will also share our empirical experiences with regards to the peer review sessions the teams are adopting as an alternative for the top down performance appraisal process.
Presentation by Jan Scheerlinck & Barbara De Bruyn
