Calling our Manchester community.
Service Design is typically left to UX Designers to think of the customer journey. However, the ever-growing importance of user needs means that organisations are increasingly looking at creating teams that focus on the end-to-end customer interaction and how to adopt a service approach to design. Have ever wondered how you can incorporate a modern edge or holistic approach to your creative design, then look no further and join our SODA Squad and Service Design experts on the 16th of October to discuss ‘The Power of Service Design’.
Talks will uncover the Service Design mindset, challenges, opportunities and the impact on a company. We will be providing complimentary food, drinks and the opportunity to network with market-leading experts.
