This is a group for beginning walkers. If you feel that you are sedentary, experience a lack of energy and struggle with weight this is the group for you. If feel out of balance, put exercise at the bottom of the list, or feel that there is not enough time to exercise this is also the group for you. I started this meet-up for women who want to get moving, don't know how to get started and would like the support of a group. This is an awesome opportunity to move and to have a lot of fun at the same time! Looking forward to walking and talking together! Let's get out and start walking!
