Socialize at Tied House in Mountain View

Hello fellow SWRE people,
Our last meetup at Jack London Square was a great success and as a followup Dave and I would like to replicate the casual networking event in the South Bay. Please join us at the Tied House in Mountain View a week from thursday (June 27th) at 7:00pm. The Tied House is a fun brewery and a short walk from the mountain View Caltrain station so hopefully it's a convenient location for everyone.

The format is pretty casual - just a get together where you can get to meet with your fellow SWRE members and socialize over some good eats and good beer (or wine). As before, please come with some $ to pay for your drinks and if you want to share in any snacks/appetizers. Due to the size of the venue we are starting out by limiting the event to 15 but there will be a waiting list and we'll update the limit based on interest and availability.

We hope to see you there.

Glad to hear you'll be joining us, Ling. I think, though perhaps I'm somewhat biased, that world-wide energy data is going to be one of the a.) largest, b.) most interesting, and c.) most important for the continued development of both 1st and especially 3rd world energy infrastructure. So there will be plenty for us to talk about and plenty of opportunities for data scientists to poke their nose into RE!
