Sole Seekers is a Walking Club that focuses on increasing an individual’s physical activity to help boost energy, increase self confidence, reduce stress and better his or her quality of life. The club also acts as a support group, which shares life experiences on how to become more active, make better food choices and have a positive attitude.
The paved trail we utilize is a 1/3 of a mile long. You walk at your own pace for as long as you can each week. It's the safest most effective way to start getting active! Join us each spring and summer and take the first small step to a Healthier & Happier you!
Note: Kids, Strollers, and dogs as long as they are leashed are also welcome. In the event of severe weather (severe thunderstorm watch, tornado warning, heat advisory etc.) the club does not meet.
