You may attend the Orientation Class, on Tuesday, January 17th for FREE to see if the program is right for you. Please note, however, that the class size is limited - to ensure a spot in the program, registration for the full course is advised!
Full Program runs 8 weeks; startingJanuary 17th - March 14th, including a full day retreat in the 6th week. Participants should plan to commit to full attendance with the 8 week course; this is not a 'drop-in' program.
The original Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction program as designed by Jon Kabat-Zinn, PhD for the UMass Medical Center. This structured and supportive program will provide you the tools and understanding to bring mindfulness practice into your daily life and create new habits for well-being.
This 30 hour program meets 8 Tuesdays from 6:30 - 9:00PM
Plus a Full Day Retreat (9:30AM - 4:30PM) Sunday, March 5th.
Attending the Orientation Session or a meeting with the teacher is a pre-requisite for attending the full program. Please make sure to register for an Orientation Session along with this course.
$450: Course fees include all materials (Book, Workbook and practice CDs)
