Sonic Meditation is the practice of observing one's stream of consciousness in the present moment as a multilayered connected system, facilitated by sonic elements including sound, music, rhythms, and words, in order to achieve harmony with one's self and surrounding.
Founded by Agah Bahari in January 2016, Sonic Meditation is the result of Agah's years of interest and research in Zen and Sound. Sonic Meditation can be practiced individually, collectively, while sitting or standing, walking or running, swimming or flying, whether in this reality or virtual/augmented realities, and is reported to be a relaxing, motivating, and transformational experience while increasing perception, focus, productivity, and creativity.
