Join marathoner and founder of San Francisco Scenic Running Tours, Deanna Micros, and ChiRunning Instructor and marathoner, Sally Mitchell, for a fun, guided, mid-morning Bay Trail Run!
We will begin with a 10 minute introduction to ChiRunning, followed by 5 minutes of joint loosener exercises, both led by Sally, then Deanna will guide us on a beautiful and scenic 3-4 mile flat run.
Meeting at the Beach Hut Cafe at East Beach, Crissy Field, we will follow the beautiful San Francisco Bay Trail along the water, towards the Golden Gate Bridge, finishing back at the Beach Hut Cafe for coffee and conversation!
We invite you to take some time away from your busy day, learn a few energy efficient and injury free running techniques, move your body, meet some new friends and have fun! All levels of runners are welcome.
