What we're about

The practice of eye gazing - looking into another persons eyes (or your own) and maintaining contact for several minutes and more at a time - is a wonderful and fulfilling experience. It provides an instant connection, is a way to see others and yourself in a new light. Among other benefits, this practice stimulates the brain chemical oxytocin, which is related to feelings of connection, and is produced during childbirth. It is rooted in spiritual traditions. We will get together for brief meetings to practice eye gazing in a safe and inclusive environment, to explore the benefits of this practice.
