The Sons & Daughters of Italy is a group where Italian/Americans living in Northern San Diego County California and their friends can come together for a variety of civic, charitable, and social activities centered upon the rich heritage of the Italian culture. We host monthly meetings as well as social gatherings such as: Bocce picnics, Wine Tastings, Italian Films and our annual Dinner Dance. At our monthly meetings, we sometimes have speakers and past topics have included: Dual citizenship, Italian gestures and retirement planning. We also regularly play Scopa at the monthly meetings and have been fortunate to present scholarships to outstanding students of Italian descent. Hope to see you there!
Join us on June 12th as we enjoy a regional meatball tasting. Members have signed up to represent different areas of Italy and we will make an accompanying pasta. Want to bring meatballs from your part of Italy? Email [masked] and we will be sure you are in on the fun. Looking to just eat the meatballs and pasta? That works too! Join us.

7:00 Watch the Movie Io Sono Tempesta - Numa Tempesta is a fascinating, charismatic businessman at the top of his game. Driven by a ruthless, relentless need to succeed, Numa will stop at nothing to close a deal, even if it means bending the law. That’s until the law catches up to him and to avoid prison, Numa is sentenced to a year of community service in a homeless shelter (a clear and hysterical reference to Silvio Berlusconi…). While there, Numa cannot conduct any business, but he must close the deal of the century or lose his fortune. It will take all Numa’s skill to find a solution, and he may just find it where he least expects it.
