Soulfood is a space in an informal and cozy setting, consisting in a devotional part and a conversation part.
We believe that meaningful conversations can stimulate our desire to contribute towards improving our neighbourhoods, communities and villages.
The purpose of Soul Food is to offer a space in which people from various backgrounds can read/share prayers with the utmost respect and tolerance for each other. It moreover offers the opportunity to converse, explore together the spiritual dimension of human existence and to learn from each other's thoughts.
In a meditative atmosphere, prayers and inspiring writings from various sources are read. Afterwards, we engage in a participative conversation on a given topic. The topics cover spiritual qualities, such as truthfulness, kindness, justice, compassion, generosity, forgiveness and love, and are guided by preselected quotes from different religious and philosophical sources, mainly from the Bahá'í writings.
The meetings are held on Tuesdays every other week at 20:00 in our home in Kopstal (just send us a private message for the address if it's your first time coming).
Everybody is welcome to join at any time, regardless of age, religious or non-religious background!
