Dr. Nicole Laird, owner of Hays County Physical Therapy and Wellness, has been working in the health and fitness industry for over 10 years. From working as a physical therapist, to personal training and coaching gymnastics and cheerleading, she has worked with individuals and groups of all ages and abilities. She has a Doctorate in Physical Therapy, is a Clinical Athlete Certified Weightlifting Coach, is a Certified Personal Trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine, and has a certification as a Precision Nutrition coach. She is currently pursuing additional education as a pre and post natal exercise specialist and women's health.
